Ultrasound for Parkinson's Disease

Purpose: Help us understand if focused ultrasound has therapeutic effects in the treatment of Parkinson's Disease (PD).

Two 3-hour ultrasound and MRI sessions, and wear a wrist monitor that measures tremors for 4 weeks.

Compensation: $150 for 2 complete visits

Inclusion Criteria

Diagnosis of PD
Fluent in English
Age 18 - 65
Right-handed
Hearing and vision normal or corrected-to-normal

Exclusion Criteria

History of neurological or psychiatric disorder [PD dx only]
Metal implants
Use of psychoactive substances [regular PD Rx okay]
Pregnant or planning to become pregnant
